Overview

LRES2006PT is a PCI Express 2.1 x4 six-port gigabit ethernet network adapter independently developed by Linkreal Co., Ltd. based on the Intel I350 chip. It is also compatible with PCIe x8 and x16. The adapter design is mainly applied to servers and high-end devices. The adapter is optimized and its performance is improved, so that system I/O is no longer the bottleneck of high-end network applications. The adapter can be bundled into multiple groups at the same time to achieve fault tolerance and redundancy to expand network bandwidth and ensure network performance. It can automatically detect and implement communication from the faulty port to other members in the same group to continue operation. To achieve uninterrupted high performance communication.




The adapter has integrated hardware acceleration and is capable of performing TCP/UDP/IP checksum offloading and TCP segmentation tasks. The host processing technology can offload the accelerator, and the host processing technology can offload the accelerator and release the CPU resources to free up more CPU resources to process other applications. This adapter is the ideal solution for deploying multiple networks and deploying critical network applications and environments on high-performance servers.




Developed on the Intel I350 ethernet MAC+PHY controller, the LRES2006PT allows up to six ports at full time in a gigabit ethernet connection. The working mode works to adapt to high-performance network communication, and can extend the bandwidth through link aggregation and save PCI Express channel resources without occupying bus bandwidth. The LRES2006PT supports both PCI*SIG SR-IOV (Single Root I/O Virtual and Sharing Specification). The larger heat sink can effectively solve the heat dissipation problem of the adapter under the internal closed machine, which can effectively ensure the stable operation of the adapter card for a long time.
