It is a  Marvell 9230 host controller that bridges PCIe Gen2 x4  to four SATA 6Gbps ports, enabling SATA PHY to reach  6Gbps high-speed interface, compliant with SATA 3.1  specification. It can be used in PCs, servers, IPCs, storage  devices and communication applications. It is suitable  for game and video editors.
