LR-LINK products are subject to nationwide joint insurance. No matter where you buy and use our products, in case of any failure within the scope of warranty, you can obtain replacement and warranty services from the after-sales service center or dealer in the LR-LINK product purchase area with the purchase invoice of this product. If the purchase invoice cannot be provided, it can be postponed for two months from the date of delivery of the product as the starting date of replacement and warranty.
The replacement scope of LR-LINK products is limited to the product body. The power cord, various connecting wires, software products, instructions and other accessories of the accessories are not within the scope of replacement and warranty,
About replacement: If the accessories have problems within one week after purchase, they can be replaced free of charge. If the product has performance problems during the relevant service period after purchase, it can be directly replaced with a new product if the appearance is not scratched and the packaging is complete. During the free replacement period, the product must be confirmed by the technical inspector of Shenzhen Lianrui Electronics Co., Ltd. or the relevant certification agent, and the new product with the same model or equivalent performance will be replaced. The replaced spare parts belong to Shenzhen Lianrui Electronics Co., Ltd.
About warranty: if the product has equipment performance problems within the relevant service period after purchase, the product must be confirmed by the tester of Shenzhen Lianrui Electronics Co., Ltd., and the product will be repaired and replaced with faulty spare parts free of charge.
Lifetime maintenance: from the end of the warranty period to the end of the production of the product, Shenzhen Lianrui Electronics Co., Ltd. is responsible for the implementation of lifelong paid maintenance services for this product, without charging maintenance fees, but will appropriately charge corresponding parts fees.
Remark: Shenzhen Lianrui Electronics Co., Ltd. promises to the company's products: three months, one year warranty, one year, three years, five years, lifetime warranty. The specific warranty period is subject to the contract signed according to the customer's requirements.
The following situations are not covered by the free replacement warranty:
1. Product failure or damage caused by failure to install, use, maintain and keep in accordance with the requirements of the user manual;
2. The warranty period has expired;
3. Altering or tearing up product labels and barcodes without authorization;
4. The product barcode or model on the product warranty card does not match the product itself;
5. Without the permission of Lianrui, change the inherent setting document or dismantle the machine for repair without authorization;
6. Product damage caused by unexpected factors or human actions; Such as input of inappropriate voltage, high temperature, water ingress, mechanical damage, falling, serious oxidation or rust of products, etc;
7. Damage caused by transportation, loading and unloading during the customer's return for repair;
8. Product failure or damage caused by force majeure such as earthquake, fire, flood, lightning, etc;
9. Other failures or damages not caused by the design, technology, manufacturing, quality and other problems of the product itself.
